Prior to joining Beazley’s Miscellaneous Medical and Life Sciences group, Russ spent over a decade litigating complex pharmaceutical and medical device claims in both state and federal courts across the United States. Russ also has experience with multiple regulatory agencies and has offered guidance on products ranging from “smart” clothing to prescription drugs.
