Stefan Versluis

Stefan Versluis joined Beazley in 2025 as the Head of Partner Engagement – North America, where he focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships and enhancing broker engagement across the region. He is a seasoned insurance executive with global expertise in distribution strategy, broker and client management, MGA relationships, and sales leadership.
 
Prior to joining Beazley, Stefan served as Global Head of Broker Management at a major insurer, leading the development and execution of broker distribution strategies across all lines of business worldwide. Over his 15+ year career, he held key leadership roles in both Australia and North America, including overseeing regional broker management and leading national underwriting and distribution teams.
