Shooting at Parade

The Facts

Shooting of multiple individuals attending a parade on city streets. Suspect perched on a roof-top. Several fatalities and dozens of injuries. Assailant was later apprehended. Shootings did not occur on scheduled premises, however, Crisis Risk responded as a ‘Circumstance’ under the policy.
