Wayne Smart joined Beazley in 2022 as an underwriter focusing on M&A representation and warranty policy coverage. Prior to joining Beazley, Wayne spent 6 years as an M&A associate at a major international law firm. In his free time Wayne can be found hiking and playing Ultimate Frisbee.
