Jade Cummings is an underwriter in the M&A Team based in Singapore. Jade joined Beazley in November 2018 after three years in Singapore as the South East Asia General Counsel for a global cybersecurity company reporting into the US. Prior to this, Jade was a corporate lawyer in private practice for 5 years specialising in Mergers and Acquisition based in New Zealand. Due to her previous experience, Jade has a great grasp on APAC specific commercial matters.
