Ana Bursack

Ana is a media and entertainment underwriter in the Specialty Lines team in London. Ana joined the insurance industry in 2009 and has been a media & entertainment underwriter since 2010, working at QBE and Hiscox respectively prior to joining Beazley. Ana was seconded to the Toronto office in 2017 where she set up the media & entertainment account at Beazley Canada, returning to London in 2019. She focuses on the insurance of content, regardless of how it is disseminated, and whether it is promotional or not. Ana’s specific areas of expertise include negligence and breach of contract, copyright and trademark, music rights and music copyright and libel/slander.
