Lou Ann began her career in insurance as a management liability lines underwriter before turning to broking when she joined Marsh as a directors & officers practice leader. She held various senior positions at Marsh across the United States before joining Beazley in 2018 as Global Head of Distribution and Marketing. Lou Ann is a member of the Executive Committee, chair of the North American Management Committee, and executive sponsor of BeazleySHE.
