The Insurers1 may store certain confidential information provided by the Applicant2 for administration, risk assessment, risk management, claims handling, business analysis and accounting purposes in their group-wide IT systems.
The Insurers assure that anyone having legal access to the confidential information of the Applicant is contractually or legally bound or required by internal policy to hold such confidential information in confidence.
The Insurers may forward confidential information of the Applicant to third parties where such disclosure has to be made as a result of official request from any competent judicial, legal or regulatory authority or body. The Insurers may also forward confidential information of the Applicant to their reinsurer(s) for the purpose of managing their risk and to Third Party Administrator(s) (TPA) for the purpose of claims management.
The Insurers may forward confidential information of the Applicant with respect to the insurance offering to Google for the purpose of enhancing the Google Risk Manager Application3.
The Insurers agree to comply with any applicable privacy legislation with respect to any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and with any relevant prudential standards in relation to the security of information.
