Rhani Elrahman

Rhani Elrahman leads the Healthcare Management Liability (HML) Claims Focus Group at Beazley, which manages the defense of litigation, government and regulatory investigations, and claims against healthcare entities involving executive and management liability risk exposures, including antitrust, False Claims Act (FCA), ERISA, Title VII discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and unfair trade practices litigation. Rhani has also been active in Beazley’s enterprise-level strategy agenda, completing an appointed term on Beazley’s global shadow-board (NEXCO), and serving on several strategic working groups devoted to thought-leadership and critical business objectives. Prior to joining Beazley in 2021, Rhani spent seven years as a commercial litigator, defending insurance carriers, product manufacturers, and healthcare providers in complex and high-exposure insurance coverage, products liability, and healthcare litigation. Rhani holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, an M.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a B.S. from Cornell University.  Rhani is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York.
