Healing Forward from Our Pandemic Blues (Episode 1) introduces Dr. Keisha Harris and Dr. Betsy Stone and provides an overview of their respective areas of study/ practice, and their current endeavors. The discussion begins with a focus on the pandemic's effect on mental health, including trends and changes that mental health professionals, and people in general, have been seeing and experiencing. Dr. Stone introduces the concept of "healing forward."
