A Cyber Services Manager will facilitate an interactive discussion with key stakeholders in your incident response team which includes a scenario, based on real incidents, tailored to your organisation.

The session involves discussions about:

  • IT, IT Support, IT Security operations (reacting, responding, recovering)
  • Crisis communication (internal and external)
  • Legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. when personal data is involved)
  • Operations and Finance (e.g. restoring operations, decision on ransom payment)

Recommended attendees: Enterprise-wide incident response team (CISO, IT, legal, risk, communications, HR, finance)

Please note that the workshop requires 2-3 months of preparation

It needs to take place during the policy period
