Clive Bannister

Clive Bannister was appointed Chair of the Beazley plc board and the Nomination Committee at Beazley’s AGM in April 2023. Clive has had a distinguished career in financial services having been CEO of Phoenix Group Plc and a long and successful tenure at HSBC Group where his roles included CEO of HSBC Private Banking and Group Managing Director of Insurance. He is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and is currently the Chair of Rathbones Group plc and the Museum of London.
