Beth Diamond serves as Group Chief Claims and Litigation Officer and is an executive board member. She manages an industry-leading team servicing claims from a diverse variety of specialty insurance lines. Additionally, she leads in the development of an oversight model for all litigation matters and processes, including the strategic management of litigation outcomes and risks.
Since joining Beazley in January 2006, Beth has tailored Beazley's claims operating model to ensure client-centricity, transformed the claims service experience, digitized business operations, deployed market-leading capabilities, and modernized the claims business model globally. Under her leadership, the claims team has won numerous industry awards, including Gracechurch’s Claims Excellence Award for eight years running (2017-2024). Beth is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, career development, and work-life balance within Beazley and the industry.
Prior to joining Beazley, Beth practiced law for 11 years, including as a complex commercial litigator at an international law firm. She is a professionally trained mediator and received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
