Limited exclusions and apportionment provision: limited exclusions apply, and these only apply to that part of the claim captured by the exclusion
Full limit mitigation costs cover: costs incurred up to the full limit of the policy when taking action to mitigate the financial consequences of a wrongful act
Optional Side A reinstatement: full RTC reinstatement of Side A D&O limit for the directors and officers
