Katherine Heaton

Katherine Heaton joined Beazley in December 2021 and is a Focus Group Leader for Breach Response and InfoSec claims Large Risk/Middle Market claims team. She leads Beazley’s Wrongful Collection working group for cyber claims and focuses on handling pixels and other privacy class actions. Before joining Beazley, Katherine was a partner at a global legal service, focusing on cyber coverage. Prior to that, Katherine was a class action defense attorney at a top 50 law firm. She holds a law degree from the University of Washington, a Masters in Physics from Columbia University, and a Masters in Logic & Philosophy of Science from UC Irvine.
