John Wood

John joined Beazley 2014 and is currently a Focus Group Leader, handling Contingency claims. This includes Event Cancellation, Non-Appearance, Conference & Tradeshow, Prize and Income Protection type claims. Before joining Beazley John worked at various syndicates. John was handling a range of First Party Claims including US Property, Construction, Contingency & PA. John also worked at Xchanging for two years as part of the Claims Agreement for Followers (CAF) team, during in which time he was involved in the 2010 Claims Transformation project which looked to streamline the claims agreement process for Lloyd’s claims and reduce the time it took for the market to agree and pay valid claims.
