Pit is a German qualified lawyer since 2001. After working in-house for 4 years for a multinational company in the food ingredients business and running his own law-firm for 15 years, he joined the M&A Insurance market in 2014 where he held several positions as a broker (3+ years at Howden where he built up the German office, 2+ years at Aon) and Senior Underwriter (1 ½ years at AIG and 1 ½ years at Amaniki, the first German MGA) before he joined Beazley in 2022 as an Underwriter within the M&A team, based in the Frankfurt am Main area, mostly working on deals in the DACH region.
