Chantell Joubert

Chantell was promoted to Business Development Leader – Retail after serving as Head of Broker Relations, East Coast & Canada since 2021. In this role, Chantell was responsible for setting broker engagement strategies and driving internal cross-class collaboration to deliver the best of Beazley to both clients and brokers.
 
Prior to joining Beazley, Chantell served as a director within Aon's carrier management and consulting division, Inpoint, where she advised and supported insurance companies in developing and executing their growth and market penetration strategies.
