liability in respect of crew and passengers. We cover damage
to fixed and floating objects and cargo resulting from the
assured's negligence and pollution costs.
We will pay these losses
We pay a variety of losses (including crew death, bodily injury,
repatriation costs, personal effects, damage to harbour, dock, pier
or jetty) resulting from the assured's negligence and
pollution clean up costs. All subject to the terms and conditions
of the actual policy.
